Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our interior design projects are executed seamlessly from post-production to final delivery. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Supervise and oversee the daily operations on-site for interior projects.
Ensure work progresses according to the approved timeline, maintaining productivity.
Monitor project budget, identify potential cost-saving opportunities, and report discrepancies.

Team Supervision & Coordination
Lead and direct construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers,



ensuring the appropriate workforce is in office.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations by all team members.
Resolve onsite issues or disputes efficiently and professionally.

Quality Control
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety codes, and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality standards and specifications.
Address construction defects and implement corrective actions promptly.

Stakeholder Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between the client, design team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project requirements, schedules, and progress reports to all relevant parties.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection results.
