Role Description

The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at the manufacturing facility in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and that quality and safety standards are consistently maintained. Key tasks include managing production teams on the work floor, allocating resources, monitoring machine performance, and resolving operational issues. The Production Supervisor coordinates with planning, and executing teams to optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency. The role also involves maintaining accurate production records, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a safe, inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Floor Operations: Oversee high-speed corrugation machines, flexo printers, slotters, and stitchers/gluers.
Workflow Management:



Organize shift schedules and assign tasks to meet daily and weekly output targets

Quality Control: Monitor product specifications (such as edge crush test, box compression, and 3-ply/5-ply flute integrity) to reduce rejection

Downtime & Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance staff for quick machine troubleshooting to reduce bottlenec

Record Keeping: Track daily output, raw material consumption (reel books), and workforce attenda
