About the Role :
Fieldy Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, IT products, SaaS, or technology solutions and be passionate about generating new business opportunities.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with prospects, qualifying leads, and creating a robust sales pipeline for the business.

Key Responsibility :
Identify and research potential B2B prospects through various channels.
Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Conduct initial conversations with prospects and qualify leads based on business needs.




Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
Clearly communicate the company's IT products/SaaS solutions and their value proposition.
Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect information in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects through different stages of the sales cycle.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and prospect interactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Required Skills :
2–4 years of experience in SDR, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.
Proven experience in B2B sales within IT Products, SaaS, Software, or Technology solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead-generation skills.
