About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to deliver complex solutions while mentoring and guiding the team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Take ownership of technical delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes.
Design and develop backend and full-stack solutions using .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.
Architect and deploy solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system designs.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
Drive Agile/Scrum processes and lead sprints effectively.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)



to enhance productivity.

Required Skills
8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack/backend development.
Proven people management experience, including mentoring and team leadership.
Expertise in .NET (C# / .NET Core), GraphQL with Cosmos DB, and ReactJS.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with unit testing frameworks.
Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams.
Ability to take ownership and accountability for technical delivery and team outcomes.

Nice to Have
Performance optimization and advanced debugging expertise.
Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio.
