Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The Chartered Accountant will manage financial accounting, general ledger entries, and preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial reporting for rig operations and other service lines. The role involves handling direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinating audits, ensuring adherence to HSE-related financial controls, and supporting contract evaluations and tenders from a financial perspective. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with management on cash flow planning, capital expenditure analysis, and financial risk assessment to support strategic expansion and diversification initiatives.
