We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused App Growth Manager with strong experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), User Acquisition (UA), Performance Marketing, and Mobile App Growth to lead the growth of our Android and iOS applications.
This role will be responsible for managing the mobile growth team, setting strategic direction, assigning priorities, reviewing team performance, and ensuring that ASO and paid acquisition initiatives deliver measurable business results.
The role will primarily focus on ASO, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Meta Ads, with ownership of overall growth outcomes across organic and paid acquisition channels.

To own and drive the growth of Android and iOS mobile applications while managing and developing the team responsible for mobile growth initiatives.
The App Growth Manager will be responsible for setting the growth strategy, managing team performance, establishing KPIs, allocating resources, reviewing results, making strategic decisions, and ensuring the team delivers against business objectives.

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
? Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on qualified experience in Mobile App Marketing, with practical experience in UA, Performance Marketing, and/or ASO for Android and/or iOS applications.
