RESPONSIBILITIES

Agile Program Management (50%)

* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Sprint
Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to maintain and
prioritize sprint backlogs.
* Manage sprint boards and work tracking tools to ensure visibility of project
scope, progress, blockers, dependencies, and risks.
* Partner with the team to enable continuous improvement initiatives focused on
enhancing OM Product Operations Data Analytics tools and processes.
