Job Title: Store & Client Experience Executive (Luxury Jewellery)

ORNAZ is a leading luxury diamond jewellery brand known for creating exceptional engagement rings, solitaires, and fine jewellery. We are looking for a polished, customer-focused professional who can become the face of our store, deliver an elevated client experience, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and luxurious in-store experience.
* Represent the ORNAZ brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge.
* Understand customer requirements and guide them through the jewellery selection process.
* Convert store visits into sales through effective consultation and relationship-building.
* Manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




* Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness, and readiness of the store at all times.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and order fulfilment.
* Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
* Support day-to-day store operations, inventory coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
* Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality.
* Strong sales aptitude and ability to build rapport with clients.
* Comfortable handling high-value luxury customers.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business is preferred.
* Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service is an advantage.
