Role Description The Sales Executive – Health Insurance role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. In this role, the individual will identify and prospect potential customers,



explain health insurance products and wellness offerings, and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, proposal generation, documentation, and policy issuance. The Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners, provide post-sales service support, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, stay updated on product features and market trends, and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
Customer relationship management capabilities, including active listening, empathy, and service orientation.
