About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Inbound US Process to manage and drive performance in our international voice operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead inbound US process teams in a fastpaced BPO environment
Drive KPIs including Attrition , Shrinkage , AHT , CSAT , SLA, and SPH
Ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Mentor and motivate team members for consistent delivery
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead in International Voice Process
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage performance metrics and team targets
