Role Description The Event Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi/NCR, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that showcase Magnolia Bakery India’s brand and products. This role involves managing the end-to-end event lifecycle, including concept development, budgeting,



vendor coordination, logistics, and on-the-day execution. The Event Manager will work closely with the operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure events align with brand standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with external partners, overseeing event setup, managing timelines, supervising staff on event days, and tracking post-event feedback and performance. The role also includes maintaining event calendars, preparing reports, and continuously improving event processes and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets, and logistics for small and large-scale events.
Proficiency in vendor and stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate contracts, maintain relationships, and ensure reliable delivery of services.
