Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chats and Email role based in Mumbai. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include following established processes, documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns when necessary, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Team members collaborate with colleagues and supervisors, meet performance metrics, and adapt to evolving client requirements and tools.
Qualifications
Strong written communication skills for professional chat and email interactions, including explicit grammar, spelling, and tone control.
Customer service abilities such as empathy, active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Technical and digital proficiency, including comfort with CRM or ticketing tools, web-based applications, and basic troubleshooting.
Organizational skills for managing multiple conversations, prioritizing tasks, and following structured workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and adapt to changing processes and performance goals.
Prior experience in customer support, contact center, or back-office operations is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in any field is beneficial.
