Role Description The Senior Admissions Counsellor is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining program offerings and admission criteria. Daily tasks include managing leads, following up with applicants,



conducting campus interactions and info sessions, and supporting them from initial interest through application and enrollment. The role involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to align messaging, participating in events and outreach activities, and providing feedback to improve admissions processes and applicant experience. The Senior Admissions Counsellor is expected to meet enrollment goals while maintaining a consultative, student-centric approach.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to engage effectively with prospective students, families, and internal teams.
Customer service skills to provide timely, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout the admissions process.
Sales skills to manage leads, conduct admission conversations, and convert qualified prospects into enrolled students in a consultative manner.
