Required Skills: Facility Technical Executive with expertise in Compliance Audits, Fire Safety Audits, Electrical Audits, HVAC systems, and Fire Protection systems, a well-rounded candidate capable of conducting comprehensive facility audits.
REPORTING TO: Facility Manager & Technical Manager
POSITION GOALS
The Shift Engineer will be responsible for managing technical aspects of the facility/property management service delivery system at the client office. In this capacity, the Shift Engineer is accountable for:
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices;
Assist AME in managing M&E; scope of the operations to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time;
Assist AME in providing comprehensive facility,
contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
Assist AME for achieving financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager;
Assist AME to Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets.
To ensure engineering guidelines are implemented and followed religiously
Duties & Responsibilities
Operations
Support AME for managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Plumbing installations maintenance within the facility;
Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturer's recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams;
Implement and oversee the preventive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment;
Assist AME to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E; Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with th
