Role Description The Academic Advisor will provide guidance and support to learners throughout their educational journey at AcdyOn. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves advising learners on academic pathways, helping them select suitable courses and programs,
and aligning their learning plans with career goals. The Academic Advisor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, facilitate group guidance workshops, and collaborate with program teams to ensure a high-quality learner experience. The role includes monitoring learner progress, identifying challenges, recommending interventions, and connecting learners with relevant resources and mentorship opportunities.
