About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can independently manage influencer campaigns from creator discovery to final execution and reporting. The ideal candidate should understand the creator ecosystem, be confident with influencer outreach and negotiations, and be comfortable communicating with both brands and creators.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Research and shortlist relevant creators based on campaign objectives, audience, niche, location and platform.
Handle creator outreach, follow-ups, negotiations and commercials.
Coordinate with creators/managers to confirm deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.




Communicate with brand POCs and understand their requirements clearly.
Prepare and maintain creator shortlisting sheets, commercials and campaign trackers.
Coordinate content approvals and ensure creators meet campaign guidelines and deadlines.
Monitor campaign progress and ensure content goes live as scheduled.
Track campaign performance including views, reach, engagement and other relevant metrics.
Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries for clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with creators, talent managers and brand representatives.
Identify new creators and continuously expand Social Adda's creator network.
Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators and changes in the influencer ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing / influencer outreach preferred.
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
