Own the Business Analytics strategy and roadmap, defining how analytics can create the greatest impact across the organization.
Partner with senior leadership on high-impact business decisions across growth, customer, marketing, supply chain and operations.
Identify and prioritize the most important business problems and ensure the analytics organization is focused on what matters most.
Establish a strong culture of “one version of the truth” through standardized metrics, measurement frameworks and data governance.




Challenge assumptions and conventional thinking with data while bringing strong commercial judgment and an understanding of business trade-offs.
Build analytical frameworks that help leadership understand what happened, why it happened, what we should do next and what impact we can expect.
Drive deep-dive diagnostics across business performance, customer behaviour, growth, unit economics and operational efficiency.
Translate complex analysis into explicit, strategic recommendations and influence senior stakeholders to act on them.
Build a scalable, AI-first analytics organization, embedding AI into analytical workflows, automation, insight generation and decision-making.
