About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous, and highly organized qualified to serve as Vertical Analyst and Data Analytics Lead within our Global Strategy Office, based in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role built for someone who can operate as a trusted right hand to senior leadership — orchestrating strategic priorities and cross-functional execution — while personally owning the data and market analysis that underpins every major decision.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Management & Vertical Mapping
Own end to end visibility of the global opportunity and project pipeline within sales force, ensuring accurate stage tracking, forecasting and reporting
Partner with sales and business development teams to monitor pipeline health, flag stalled opportunities and support forecast accuracy for leadership reviews.
Conduct structured mapping of focus verticals with particular emphasis on New Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Equipment’s including account universe, key players, and competitive positioning
Collaborate with sales,



business development and finance team to translate and map customers into an appropriate vertical as per industry development
Market Intelligence & Analyst
Personally own the analysis of large, multi-source datasets (sales, market, operational, financial) to surface trends, risks, and white-space opportunities.
Lead deep-dive market analysis on focus verticals such as Data Centers and adjacent high-growth infrastructure markets — sizing, segmentation, competitive dynamics, and demand signals.
Build and maintain executive-grade dashboards and models (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) that leadership relies on for real-time decision-making.
Establish data governance and reporting standards so insight generation scales beyond any one individual or team.
Program & Portfolio Execution
Coordinate execution of the highest-priority global strategic initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and aligned to leadership intent.
