Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Madurai South. In this position, the representative will engage with prospective learners via phone, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs. Daily activities include managing leads, conducting follow-up communications, providing accurate information about courses and internships, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining account records,



tracking interactions in CRM tools, and collaborating with the customer service and marketing teams to improve conversions and learner satisfaction. The representative is expected to meet sales targets while delivering a professional, consultative experience to all prospective and existing learners.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain learner records, monitor engagement, and support renewals or upgrades.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain programs clearly and persuasively.
