Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the Role
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
15+ years of experience in Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering.
Strong knowledge of engineering calculations in Combined Cycle Power Plants and/or Biomass Power Plants / Coal-fired / Gas-fired Boiler Power Plants.
Knowledge of systems such as:




Fuel Gas / Liquid Fuel
Steam & Condensate
Feed Water
Main Cooling
Closed Cooling
Demineralized Water
Service Water & Compressed Air
General Requirements
Experience working in a multi-office, multi-disciplinary team environment.
High level of stress management.
High proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
Strong commitment and proactive attitude.

Main General Responsibilities
Development and supervision of pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations, heat and material balance, utilities summaries, and calculations.
Development and supervision of:
Boiler Feedwater Pumps
Condensate Pumps
Heat Exchangers
Control Valves
Safety Valves
Instrument Process Data Specifications
Preparation of Process / Functional Descriptions, Operating and Maintenance Manuals.
Support other disciplines.
Prepare P&IDs; / line lists.
