Role Description

The Telesales role at GooCampus Edu Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The telesales professional will contact prospective candidates and explain GooCampus services, and guide them through available counselling and support options.

Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to incoming enquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the internal systems.





The role involves providing transparent information about educational pathways, and assisting with enrolment in GooCampus programs.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and families.
Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and conversion of inquiries into confirmed enrolments.
Candidates should possess Training-related abilities, such as quickly learning service offerings and sharing accurate information with prospective clients.
Additional beneficial qualifications include prior telesales or call center experience, familiarity with the education or counselling sector, proficiency in English and regional languages, comfort with CRM or tele-calling software.
