Associate Product Manager — Digital Ordering
About Us
LimeTray builds digital ordering products for some of the world's largest restaurant chains. Domino's, Burger King, Tim Hortons, Jollibee, and Wingstop run their customer-facing ordering experiences on our platform — web, native app, QR dine-in, and self-ordering kiosks — across India, UAE, and Qatar.
The Role
We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to own our digital ordering product group. You'll work directly with the founder and engineering team to understand how each ordering surface is performing, where customers are dropping off, and what to build or fix next. No layers, no hand-holding on what to look at — you bring the view.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap across web, app, QR dine-in, and kiosk ordering surfaces
Analyse funnel data across live customer stores and identify where orders are being lost
Write specs that engineering can execute without follow-up questions
Sit on calls with enterprise customers and translate their needs into product decisions
Define and track success metrics for each ordering surface
Work with engineering to ship, iterate, and improve continuously
Qualifications
2-3 years in consumer product or growth, ideally in food delivery, ecommerce, or quick commerce
Comfortable pulling data and forming a point of view — funnel analysis, drop-off patterns, usage metrics
Hands-on with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap
Writes clearly, thinks independently, moves fast
Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, Lovable, or similar is a solid plus
What You Get
Direct ownership of products used daily by customers of Domino's, Burger King, and Tim Hortons
Work directly with the founder — short feedback loops, fast decisions
Breadth most APMs don't get until they're 5 years in
