We're hiring a Performance Executive to run paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with a specific focus on real estate lead generation. This is a hands-on execution role, you'll be in the ad accounts daily, managing live campaigns rather than reviewing dashboards someone else built.
Responsibilities
Set up, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
Manage budgets and bidding to hit cost-per-lead targets for real estate clients
Run ongoing creative and audience testing to improve lead quality and cost
Track and report campaign performance clearly to the team
Work closely with the strategy team to align campaigns with client goals
Qualifications
Hands-on experience managing live ad spend on both Meta and Google Ads
Experience specifically with real estate lead generation campaigns
Comfortable working with cost-per-lead and lead quality metrics
Explicit communication skills for internal reporting and campaign updates
