As AppVentory’s Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll own initiatives across organic growth, content, SEO, demand generation, and paid acquisition to increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute to marketing-sourced pipeline.

You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to create campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and experiment with different channels to identify and scale what works.

What you will do
Develop and execute organic and paid growth campaigns across SEO, content, social media, email, and paid channels.
Own B2B content strategy and SEO, including keyword research, content planning, optimization, and performance tracking.
Drive organic traffic and improve rankings through SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives.
Create and optimize content assets including blogs, landing pages, case studies, and campaign content.
Build and manage demand-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
Manage email marketing and automation, including campaigns, nurturing journeys, A/B testing,



and conversion optimization.
Run CRO experiments across landing pages, blogs, CTAs, and other key conversion points.
Support and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Analyze campaign, website, and funnel data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Track key metrics including organic traffic, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI.
Use AI tools to improve content research, creation, personalization, repurposing, and campaign efficiency.
Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to align campaigns with ICPs, customer pain points, and business priorities.
Support webinars, events, ABM campaigns, and other integrated demand-generation initiatives.

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B SaaS role.
