We are looking for a sales manager/growth manager/revenue manager for the flagship 1-year PGP at Altera Institute. The program attracts some of the brightest minds from around the country, and this individual will lead the team responsible for counselling all applicants.

This is a managerial role and this individual will carry the responsibility of the entire team’s output.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in rapid-paced environments, can manage people effectively,



and are passionate about creating meaningful impact through education.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
Managing student experience to maximise # applicants and admissions
Tracking end-to-end admissions data to support the team with insights for better output
Closing admissions directly for select candidates that need intervention beyond the team’s efforts
Managing downstream admission process with application forms, assessments and interviews
Team Management
Leading a team of admissions consultants to counsel thousands of aspirants to Altera Institute
Setting goals, managing daily and weekly productivity of the team
Assisting the team with objection handling for key candidates to drive closure

What We're Looking For
2+ years of post-MBA or 5+ years of pre-MBA managerial experience in sales or business development (any industry)
Operational rigour and data-driven mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a tea
