We’re Hiring: Health Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a Health Sales Consultant who understands that impact. Someone who can listen, ask the right questions, build trust, and help people make decisions that matter.
Because at the end of the day, you won’t just be chasing numbers. You’ll be changing lives, one consultation at a time.
What you’ll be doing:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
Understand their concerns, requirements, and health goals.
Introduce clients to Femly’s programs and help them understand what may work best for their needs.
Answer questions, address concerns, and make the decision-making process easier.
Follow up with leads consistently and thoughtfully; persistence is good, pestering is not.
Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients.
Work towards monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of client conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from the first conversation to enrollment.
Build genuine and lasting relationships with clients.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales, counselling, consulting, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell without sounding overly salesy.
A self-driven, target-oriented approach and the ability to take ownership of your work.
Comfort with working independently in a remote workplace.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.
