Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and visually discerning Internal Auditor – Creative & Visual Communication to ensure the accuracy, consistency, quality, and communication effectiveness of our marketing and communication materials.

The role is responsible for reviewing and evaluating creative assets before publication or distribution. Working at the intersection of content proofreading, visual quality assessment, brand compliance, and communication effectiveness, the Internal Auditor will serve as an essential quality checkpoint for all marketing and communication materials.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, excellent language skills, a sound understanding of design principles, and the ability to identify even minor errors or inconsistencies that could affect the quality and credibility of our communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Proofreading Quality Assurance
Review all text across digital and print communication materials for spelling, grammar, punctuation, typos, and formatting errors.
Ensure consistency in terminology,



tone of voice, numbers, dates, names, and key information.
Review regional-language content for linguistic accuracy and consistency, where applicable.
Identify inconsistencies, missing information, duplication, or unclear messaging before publication.
Ensure content is explicit, concise, professional, and appropriate for the intended audience.

2. Visual & Layout Quality Review
Evaluate creative assets for visual quality, balance, alignment, spacing, and readability.
Identify layout issues such as improper line breaks, truncated text, inconsistent spacing, misalignment, widows/orphans, and overcrowded layouts.
Review typography, font selection, font sizing, line spacing, and overall visual hierarchy.
Ensure the primary message and Call-to-Action (CTA) are clearly visible and appropriately emphasised.
