About the Role
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Head and be responsible for the day-to-day technical execution and monitoring of assigned projects.
The role is highly execution-oriented. You will manage technicians/blue-collar field teams, ensure work gets done correctly and on time, and maintain a explicit, real-time understanding of project performance through dashboards and field data.




You will learn from and support the Operations Head on broader operational activities, while independently owning the ground-level execution and monitoring assigned to you.
What You’ll Do
Manage Ground Execution: Manage technicians/blue-collar field employees, assign and follow up on work, and ensure tasks are actually completed as planned in the field.
Technical Installations: Monitor and support installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Wattr.ai devices and systems across project sites.
Dashboard & Numbers: Closely monitor project dashboards, device status, field updates and operational metrics. You should know the key project numbers at your fingertips and be able to quickly identify when something does not look right.
Issue Tracking & Escalation: Identify technical and field issues early, drive them towards resolution, and escalate appropriately to the Operations Head.
