We're looking for a Creative Director who owns the voice of everything Butter Toast produces. You lead the copy team, set the creative standard, and ensure that every word from this agency earns its place.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (a.k.a. Your Daily Toast)
- Defining the copy and creative writing philosophy across the agency
- Building and leading the copy team - hiring,



developing, and setting creative benchmarks
- Owning quality across all copy output - ads, brand, campaign, digital, and social
- Partnering with the creative leadership team on concepts, pitches, and new business
- Developing AI-enhanced copy production processes that amplify the team's output
- Representing the agency's copy and creative capability externally

AI TOOLS WE USE
ChatGPT / Claude - drafting, ideation, editing, and content scaling
Jasper / Copy.ai - long-form and short-form content generation
Grammarly / Hemingway - editing and tone refinement
Surfer SEO / Semrush - SEO-optimised content structuring
Perplexity - research, fact-checking, and trend discovery
