Experience: 5 - 8+ years in accounting, preferably in logistics, warehousing, transport, FMCG, or distribution.
Responsibilities

Coordinate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with company supervisors and C&F; teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
Coordinate and manage accounting activities along with required statutory and internal compliances
Ensure timely preparation and submission of GSTR and GST 2B-related data and maintain proper record.
Coordinate, track,



and ensure timely processing and approval of company legal and operational compliance requirements.
Coordinate with godown/warehouse supervisors regarding operational requirements and ensure timely resolution for smooth operations.
Draft professional emails, correspondence, requests, and approval communications for internal and external business requirements.
Review and verify operational claims to ensure that they are processed strictly according to agreed company terms and conditions.
Prepare, manage, verify, and submit all monthly operational claims within the company-prescribed timelines.
Follow up on approved claims and payments to ensure that claim amounts are credited to the company account within the approved credit period.
Verify freight sheets against approved freight rates and transporter quotations before processing payments.
