Role Description The Senior Therapist role is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The Senior Therapist will perform a range of skilled massage and spa therapies, including but not limited to Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Potli, Ayurvedic, and Candle massage, following established protocols and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, recommending suitable treatments, maintaining treatment rooms and equipment,



and ensuring a consistently high level of guest care. The role also involves mentoring junior therapists, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with the spa team to meet service and quality goals. The Senior Therapist will contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in a range of massage techniques (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, hot stone, Ayurvedic) and body therapies, with a strong focus on safe and effective practice.
Ability to conduct client assessments, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate wellness therapies and spa services.
Strong client service skills, including explicit communication, professional demeanor, and the ability to build trust and comfort with diverse clients.
Attention to detail in maintaining hygiene, room setup, and equipment care, following all health and safety
