About The Urban Chief :
The Urban Chief is a Funnel-First Performance Marketing Agency working with businesses across India and international markets. We work across digital strategy, social media, SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, content, analytics, and AI-led marketing systems. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who doesn't just know digital marketing terminology, but is curious about how marketing actually contributes to business growth.

What You'll Do :
You'll work across multiple brands and be involved in the day-to-day execution and analysis of their digital marketing activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Execute social media and digital marketing activities across client accounts. Conduct competitor, market, audience,



and content research
Support and execute SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimisation
Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign execution and monitoring
Track campaign performance and identify what's working, what's not, and why
Work with GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights from data
Support lead-generation and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Coordinate content calendars, creatives, copy, and publishing schedules
Work with designers, video editors, and other team members to get campaigns executed
Use AI tools intelligently for research, analysis, and execution
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and client-related documentation
Identify opportunities to improve reach, traffic, leads, conversions, and overall marketing performance
