Role Description The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking payments, managing vendor and client accounts, and assisting with budgeting, cost tracking, and project-related financial reporting. The role also involves preparing basic financial statements,



supporting tax and compliance documentation, and coordinating with management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vapi, requiring close collaboration with the project and design teams.
Qualifications

Strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of basic taxation, invoicing, billing processes, and statutory compliance relevant to business operations.
Ability to prepare and review financial statements, assist with budgeting, and monitor project costs.
Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and robust organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
