Job Purpose: The Predictive Analytics Data Scientist is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven predictive models that enhance business intelligence, risk management, and operational efficiency. This role will focus on end-to-end execution, from data collection and model development to deployment and monitoring, ensuring AI models drive actionable insights for demand forecasting, process automation, and business optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI products in finance, from ideation and requirement gathering to deployment, scaling, and continuous product development.
Drive comprehensive business process reengineering by identifying high-value opportunities for AI integration within existing financial workflows and SAP environments.
Design and author detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and Statements of Work (SoWs) for enterprise AI initiatives.
Orchestrate SAP integration for critical financial modules (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Treasury) and manage third-party system integrations via secure APIs.
Calculate, track, and present ROI for AI projects to ensure strict alignment with financial objectives and strategic business growth.
Manage the development, scope, and implementation of foundational AI agents,
