Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Faculty / Trainer to provide practical and industry-oriented training in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct HR training sessions for students and professionals.
Teach recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, HR operations, and labour laws.
Provide practical examples, case studies, and industry-based training.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, workshops and assessments.
Mentor students and help them develop job-ready HR skills.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
Stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.
Maintain attendance and training records.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, training, or teaching.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver practical and engaging training.
Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
