What is this role all about?




As a Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise opportunities for Kapture's AI-powered CX and automation solutions across India, with a robust focus on North India / Delhi NCR.
You will work closely with CXOs, business leaders, technology teams and other senior stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and positioning Kapture's AI, Agentic AI and CX solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on enterprise sales role where you will own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery through solution positioning, commercial negotiations and closure.

Here's what you will do
Identify, prospect and close high-value enterprise opportunities across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, Business Heads, CIOs, CTOs, COOs and CX leaders.
