Role Description The Bobarista role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Got Tea location in Noida. A Bobarista is responsible for preparing and serving bubble tea and related beverages, following standardized recipes and quality guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The Bobarista will also manage ingredients and supplies, perform basic equipment checks,



and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. This role involves collaborating with teammates, providing friendly and efficient service, and supporting promotional activities and new drink launches.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage courteously and professionally with diverse guests.
Basic food and beverage preparation skills, including following recipes, measuring ingredients accurately, and maintaining product quality.
