We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Specialist to manage and convert prospective customers across international markets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, with a 6-day working structure.
The role involves engaging with international parents and guardians, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable educational programs, and guiding prospects through the complete enrollment journey. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, schedule product demonstrations or counseling sessions, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven international sales environment.
Key Responsibilities




Engage with prospective international customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant educational programs based on their needs.
Present course offerings, program perks, learning outcomes, and enrollment processes clearly and confidently.
Conduct regular follow-ups with international leads and manage prospects throughout the sales funnel.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, counseling sessions, and sales consultations.
Build strong relationships with parents and guardians by addressing concerns, resolving queries, and providing timely information.
Convert qualified leads into enrollments while consistently achieving assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions using CRM tools.
