Job Description

We are looking for a creative and curious Junior Social Media Executive to research trends, develop content ideas, and create engaging social media content. The role involves content creation, scheduling, basic design/video editing, performance tracking, and supporting social media campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Contribute ideas for posts, reels, campaigns, and content series.
Create and schedule content (copy + basic visuals/short videos) as per the content calendar.
Track basic performance metrics (likes, comments, saves, views) and share weekly insights.
Support senior team members in executing campaigns and experiments.

Eligibility & Skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.




Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships, freelance work, or personal social media projects are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

Positive understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Basic copywriting, content ideation, and social media content creation skills.
Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Basic short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
Ability to conduct trend, competitor, and audience research and track basic social media metrics.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
