Role Description The VP – Client Services will lead client relationships and account portfolios, ensuring strategic alignment between client objectives and agency deliverables. This is a full-time,



in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing client servicing teams, guiding account management, and driving growth across Tier 2/3 and rural market-focused campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client meetings, shaping integrated communication strategies, reviewing campaign plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality execution in collaboration with creative, digital, and media teams. The role involves identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to overall agency strategy and positioning. The VP – Client Services will also mentor team members, establish best practices, and champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity.
