Mandatory Requirement
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, or closely related industry.
Relevant industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without substantial experience specifically in the nutraceuticals/supplements sector will not be considered.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong existing network among nutraceutical manufacturers, supplement brands, distributors, and key industry customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Indian market.
Drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Develop and manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Build and strengthen distributor and channel networks across India.




Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and strategic partnerships.
Manage, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer requirements.
Work closely with management, marketing, R&D;, regulatory, and operations teams to support business growth.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate
10+ years of direct and relevant experience in Nutraceuticals / Supplements / Nutrition
Strong understanding of the Indian nutraceutical and supplement market.
Established relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
