Role Description The Manager – Aviation Partnerships & Development is a full time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi. This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with airlines, aviation organizations, and training bodies to enhance TNC Aviation’s programs and placement opportunities. The manager will oversee partnership agreements, coordinate joint initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the aviation ecosystem. Day-to-day activities include evaluating new collaboration opportunities,



supporting program development aligned with partner needs, ensuring adherence to flight safety and training standards, and providing regular performance and impact reports to leadership. The role also involves close coordination with training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that partnerships effectively support TNC Aviation’s growth and student success.
Qualifications
