We are looking for a technically robust and hands-on Automation & CRM Software Engineer to join our team in Delhi NCR.

This is an important technical role with a strong focus on automation, CRM development and backend systems.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the company's automation systems and CRM.

The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys solving real business problems through technology and can take ownership of systems rather than simply completing assigned coding tasks.




Our primary focus is to reduce manual work through reliable automation and continuously improve the CRM that our operations team uses every day.

Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Develop and maintain web-based automation systems.
Build browser automation using Playwright, Selenium or similar technologies.
Automate repetitive operational workflows.
Develop reliable automation processes with proper error handling, logging and monitoring.
Identify manual processes that can be automated and develop suitable solutions.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems.
Monitor automation failures and resolve technical issues quickly.
Maintain automation when third-party websites or workflows change.
Build scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
Develop internal tools to improve operational efficiency.

CRM Development & Maintenance
Take ownership of the company's existing CRM.
Maintain, troubleshoot and improve CRM functionality.
Develop new CRM features based on business requirements.
