Role Overview
The Oracle CPQ Consultant will be responsible for providing L2/L3 application support, incident resolution, system maintenance, and minor enhancements for Oracle CPQ Cloud.
The consultant will troubleshoot production issues, support integrations with enterprise systems, manage releases and deployments, perform RCA, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure secure CPQ operations and continuous improvement of the Quote-to-Cash process.
Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud.
Oracle CPQ Configuration.
Oracle CPQ Commerce.
BML (BigMachines Language).
Document Designer.
CPQ integrations with enterprise systems.
Production application support.
L2/L3 incident management and troubleshooting.




Release and deployment management.
Root Cause Analysis.
ServiceNow-based support processes.
? Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle CPQ Cloud.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ application incidents.
Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
Support CPQ integrations with enterprise applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Manage releases, deployments, and production changes.
Perform RCA for recurring and critical production issues.
Maintain application stability and availability.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and integration teams.
Support continuous improvement of the Quote-to-Cash process.
Follow ITIL/ServiceNow-based incident and change management processes.
