We’re Hiring | Sr. HR Executive – HR Generalist

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Mode: On-site | Day Shift | 5 Days Working
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with 7–15 Days Notice Period preferred

We are looking for an experienced and confident Sr. HR Executive who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle and take ownership of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring across various functions
Handle the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding to exit
Manage attendance, leaves and regularisation
Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing
Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives
Draft, implement and manage HR policies and processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee queries, grievances and day-to-day HR requirements




Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a Generalist HR role
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with payroll, attendance and HR policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills with confidence and a professional approach
Ability to independently manage HR operations and work in a rapid-paced environment
Candidates from the Travel/Travel-Tech industry will be preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with 7–15 days notice period are preferred
