We’re hiring an Account Lead – App Growth & Performance Marketing with 2+ years of experience to own client accounts across Meta + Google, with a strong focus on app flows, integrations, tracking, attribution, and performance RCA.

This is not a pure media-buying role. We’re looking for someone who understands what happens from ad → click → install → app event → conversion, and can identify and solve problems across the entire funnel.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
What you'll own: 1. App Growth & Performance
Own 2–4 client accounts and their growth outcomes
Manage Meta Ads + Google Ads
Build testing and scaling strategies across acquisition funnels
Analyse performance and continuously improve CAC, ROAS and conversion

2. App Flows & Integrations
Understand and troubleshoot the complete ad → landing/deep link → install → app → event → conversion flow
Work with Meta and Google integrations, pixels/SDKs, APIs and conversion events
Understand attribution, event mapping and data flows




Coordinate with developers/product teams to fix tracking and integration issues

3. RCA & Problem Solving
Deep-dive into performance drops, tracking discrepancies and funnel issues
Identify whether the problem is media, creative, tracking, attribution, app flow or product
Perform structured RCA and turn insights into transparent actions
Don’t just report that something is broken — figure out why

4. Client Ownership
Communicate directly with clients
Present performance insights and action plans clearly
Maintain clean reporting, documentation and SOPs

Must-Have
2+ years in performance marketing, growth, or app marketing
Hands-on Meta Ads + Google Ads experience
Strong understanding of mobile app funnels and user flows
Experience with tracking, attribution and ad-platform integrations
Strong RCA / analytical problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with developers/product teams
Strong creative thinking and willingness to build/test ads
Good command of Sheets, data a
