About the Role

Mahadeva Digital Solutions (MDS) is looking for a highly ambitious, creative, and driven Chief Branding Officer who wants to make a meaningful impact through their work.
This is not just a conventional branding or marketing role. You will have the opportunity to build the MDS brand from the ground up, define how we are perceived in the market, develop our brand identity, and create marketing strategies that establish MDS as a solid and recognizable brand.
We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, experiment, execute, and turn their vision into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall branding and marketing strategy for MDS.
Build and strengthen the MDS brand identity, positioning, voice, and market presence.
Create innovative branding campaigns to increase brand awareness, visibility, and recognition.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, content, email, SEO, and other relevant channels.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns to generate awareness, engagement, leads,



and business opportunities.
Develop compelling content and communication strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Manage MDS's social media presence and build a strong digital brand footprint.
Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to improve brand positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, influencers, creators, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns.
Develop partnerships and brand collaborations that can increase MDS's reach and credibility.
Monitor branding and marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics.
Continuously experiment with new marketing channels, campaigns, and creative approaches.
Ensure consistency of the MDS brand across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Take complete ownership of the brand-building process and contribute to the company's long-term growth.
