Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to design, develop, and optimize our enterprise SaaS platform. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using PHP 8.x and modern MVC frameworks (preferably CakePHP).
Build and support RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile delivery processes.
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
5-6+ years of software development experience across the full SDLC.
Strong expertise in PHP 8.x, OOP, LAMP stack, and enterprise application development.




Experience with CakePHP or similar MVC frameworks.
3+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Twig, or Vite.
Experience with MySQL, NoSQL databases, AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
Life Sciences or Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Microservices architecture and cloud-native application design.
Exposure to React Native, Flutter, or iOS development.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Git.
Technical documentation and SOP development skills.

Soft Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility to support EST, CST, or IST business hours as required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
