As a Product Analyst, you will work at the intersection of Product, Data, AI and Learning. You will contribute to the training, evaluation and improvement of AI models that power learning and assessment experiences, while using product and learner insights to identify opportunities and drive better product decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, understanding user behaviour and translating insights into impactful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Work on the training, evaluation and improvement of AI models that power learning and assessment experiences across higher education and enterprise learning.
Partner with business,



academic and technology teams to identify product opportunities and define explicit problem statements.
Analyse product usage data, learner behaviour and engagement metrics to uncover insights and guide product decisions.
Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize features, define success metrics and track outcomes for ongoing and new initiatives.
Conduct structured research, competitive benchmarking and user feedback analysis to identify improvement areas in the learning experience.
Support end-to-end execution of pilot launches, A/B testing and post-launch analysis for new features or program modules.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance, trends and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Engineering, Content and Design teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality learner experiences.
