? About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead with strong exposure to the Fintech/Payments industry to lead our sales function in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. The role will involve both team management and hands-on sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities.

? Key Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
· Drive new client acquisition and business development within the fintech/payments space.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders.




· Understand client requirements and pitch relevant fintech/payment solutions.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
· Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.
· Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
· Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
· Work closely with Product, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
· Track market trends and competitor activities to identify current business opportunities.
· Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.

? Requirements
· 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
· Prior experience in team handling/team leadership is preferred.
